Physical and mental violence against jewish forced labourers (Przemoc fizyczna i psychiczna wobec robotników żydowskich) - Defendants are accused of acts including beating the workers, burdening them with excessive work, harassing and denouncing them to the German authorities - they constitute a continued, albeit interrupted, single offence and thus violate Art. 31 of the Karny Kodex, Art. 2 Dekret z dn. 31.VIII 1944 r.
