Freedom of the press/discrimination (Wolność prasy/dyskryminacja) - Concerns publications in a newspaper which allegedly injured the reputation of persons and could be classified as antisemitic - The court ruled that some statements were untrue and defamatory and ordered the publication of appropriate apologies - It was held that certain content in the newspaper could be considered to perpetuate antisemitic stereotypes, but the entire newspaper could not be classified as antisemitic - The court upheld the view of the first instance court, emphasised the protection of personal rights
