The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government must now disclose the information
previously withheld by it pursuant to section 35(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in
respect of the request for information made to it by Dr Dorian Gerhold dated 19 January 2024, as
referred to in the Information Commissioner’s decision notice dated 19 September 2024 (reference
IC-296549-B8N1). The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government must make such
disclosure within 35 days of this decision being sent to it, or (if there is an application to appeal this
decision) within 28 days after being notified of an unsuccessful outcome to such application or any
resulting appeal.
