Publication of racially inflammatory material – two men had distributed material on the website heretical(dot)com that denied the holocaust – after they were convicted in the Crown Court at Leeds they left for the US where they unsuccessfully claimed asylum – the defendants appeal i.a. on the grounds that the website was hosted in the US where the distribution of the material is not criminalised -
