Incitement, Soliciting murder - in a number of meetings the defendant, a preacher of Islam, encouraged the audience to violent jihad and attacks on non-believers, especially Jews, Hindus and Americans - defendant is found guilty for soliciting to murders and for using threatening, abusive or insulting word with intent to stir up racial hatred
