Conviction of a former member of the fascist plant security (Werkschutz) for war crimes and crimes against humanity between the years 1940 and 1944. The plant security was a civilian security body with a military organization which was established by order of the High Command of the German Wehrmacht (Oberkommando der deutschen Wehrmacht). The convicted individual worked for the plant security in the Radom weapons factory a branch of Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG. In the weapons factory Jewish citizens of the city of Radom were forced to perform slave labor. The convicted man was trained in firearms by the SA among others. During his time in the factory he participated in the murder of 28 Jewish forced laborers of whom he killed 11 with his own hands and mistreated another with beatings. The judgment is modified following a successful appeal. The life sentence was limited to 15 years, and civil rights were revoked for a period of 10 years instead of permanently. The petition for cassation (Kassationsantrag) against these changes was dismissed.
