Complicity in a crime against humanity (Complicité de crime contre l’humanité) – A French person (Paul Touvier) who, at the instigation of a leader of a Nazi criminal organisation, orders the assassination of persons chosen by him exclusively on the basis of their membership of the Jewish community, knowingly participates, on behalf of an Axis European country, in the concerted plan for the extermination and persecution of this community implemented by the German National Socialist government and becomes an accomplice to a crime against humanity.
