Contract, Clause relating to the progress of the journey (Contrat, Clause relative au déroulement du voyage) – A court that orders a travel agency to reimburse the cost of an airline ticket purchased to replace the one issued by the agency for a flight that did not allow a practising Jew to observe the Sabbath undermines the general conditions of a contract providing that the departure and return times of a trip are only approximate and that the customer must draw the travel agent's attention to any particularity concerning him that is likely to affect the progress of the trip.
