Racial defamation (Diffamation racial) – A press article calling into question in incisive and virulent terms the policy pursued by the Israeli government in the conflict opposing it to the Palestinian people does not constitute defamation when the authors of this text do not impute any specific fact prejudicial to the honor and consideration of the Jewish community as a whole because of its belonging to a nation or religion.
