Provocation to racial discrimination (Provocation à la discrimination raciale) – The Court of Appeal accurately assessed the meaning and scope of the offending remarks - In a text published by the guilty parties, the Jewish people are presented as a people driven by a desire for power and domination, taking advantage of the weakness and divisions of political authority and pursuing an "enterprise of spoliation, colonisation and, ultimately, enslavement" - this is indeed provocation to racial discrimination.
