Right to property/robbery of Jewish property (Prawo własności/Grabież mienia Żydów) - Concerns the claim of a cooperative for the ownership of a property - The property was never owned by the state and therefore could not be transferred to the cooperative - The cooperative appealed, but the court dismissed the appeal and ordered it to pay the costs of the proceedings - The owner of the property was Jewish and was restricted in exercising his landlord rights due to political persecution - In addition, he was subjected to various repressions and could not take any steps to recover his property
