Reimbursement of care costs due to persecution-related damage to health (Erstattung von Pflegekosten aufgrund eines verfolgungsbedingten Schadens an Gesundheit) - Necessary care is only given if the helplessness of the persecuted person is so extensive that he cannot manage without the help of third parties. It is not sufficient if he/she only needs help from others for individual tasks, e.g. household management.
