Incitement /Boycott (Provocation à la discrimination/ Boycott) – The Court of Appeal justified its decision by declaring that the offence of incitement to discrimination, hatred or violence against a person or group of persons on the grounds of their origin or their membership or non-membership of a particular ethnic group, nation, race or religion had been established, when the accused were prosecuted for distributing leaflets in a commercial establishment and uttering slogans calling for a boycott of food products from a foreign country.
