Insults & discrimination based on religious beliefs (Obrażanie/dyskryminacja ze względu na przekonania religijne) - Concerns the insulting of civil servants of the penitentiary - The defendant had used terms such as "crypto-antisemite, fascist dictator, racist, fascist, antisemite" against the director and the head of the penitentiary - they had not fully and complied with his demands for a kosher diet - The court considered these remarks to be insulting and sentenced the accused to 6 months imprisonment
