Spreading hatred based on ethnic differences (Propagowanie nienawiści opartej na różnicach etnicznych) - Defendant were convicted of shouting slogans during a public meeting which were considered to be spreading hatred based on ethnic differences - The court relied on a language expert's opinion that examined the antisemitic dimension of the incident - The court agreed with the expert's assessment and considered the slogans shouted, in particular "I do not apologise for J.", as expressions of hatred based on national and racial differences - The defendants received prison sentences on probation as well as fines.
