Discrimination on grounds of Jewish identity (Dyskryminacja ze względu na tożsamość pochodzenia żydowskiego) - Complaint by a Jew against a decision of the Voivoda Opolski refusing to allow him to change his name - The complainant filed an application to be able to use his Spanish original name again, which had been Russified in the course of time - He submitted to the court a collection of anti-Jewish accusations against public authorities, which, according to the complainant, had for years prevented him from using the surname he wanted - The Starosta Opolski and later the Voivoda Opolski rejected the application - The Administrative Court overturned the authorities' decision and asked for the case to be reconsidered as they had violated procedural law - However, in the retrial, the complaint was again rejected, leading to this final decision - The court rejected the complaint and the complaint was dismissed.
