Hate speech, freedom of expression and the protection of personal rights (Przemówienia nawołujące do nienawiści, wolność słowa i ochrona dóbr osobistych) - The designation of members of the Polish government as "Jews" have, in the context of the applicant's statements, a clearly antisemitic character which went beyond the permissible limit of criticism and constitutes a form of hate speech.
