Application for refugee status (Wniosek o nadanie statusu uchodźcy złożony przez Żydówkę) – A Jewish woman from Belarus applied for refugee status claiming discrimination and trheats because of her political beliefs, her Jewish identity and her connections to politically persecuted persons – The application was rejected because she could not provide sufficient evidence of political persecution and her application for refugee status was rejected – The Administrative Court in Warsaw overturned this decision and ordered that the decision be reconsidered.
