Defamation and incitement to racial discrimination (Diffamation et de provocation à la discrimination raciale) – The Court of Cassation dismisses the appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal which convicted a person of public defamation of a group of people on the grounds of their origin or their membership or non-membership of a particular ethnic group, nation, race or religion - The person convicted had attributed the exploitation of the Holocaust legend to American Jews - He had therefore targeted a group of people on the grounds of their membership of a particular religion.
