Complicit in the offences of defamation and incitement to racial discrimination (Complice des délits de diffamation et de provocation à la discrimination raciale) – Publication in October 1978 of a book entitled "Qui n'est pas de droite?" in which two authors reported on an interview they had had with a person. The said person was complicit in the offences of defamation and incitement to racial discrimination, by saying to the two journalists, and knowing that they were intended for publication, the remarks quoted in the book - The person knew that his remarks could be published, had been recorded using a tape recorder - the person is an accomplice to the offences of racial defamation and incitement to racial hatred committed by the publisher and authors of the book in question, even though the latter, who are criminally liable, have been left out of the proceedings.
