Incitement/Civil Action/Association/Boycott (Provocation à la discrimination/ Action civile/Association/ Boycott) – The Court of Appeal justified its decision when, in order to declare inadmissible the civil action brought by an association against a person prosecuted for incitement to discrimination, hatred or violence towards a group of people because of their membership of the Israeli nation, for having called for a boycott of products from Israel, notes that the sole corporate purpose of this association is to take all action, including legal action, to combat all forms of commercial discrimination or boycott, and not to combat racism or assist the victims of discrimination based on their national, ethnic or religious origin, as required by article 48-1 of the law of 1881.
