Determination of ownership of immovable property (Ustalenie prawa własności nieruchomości) - Concerns the question whether the judgment of the Grodzki Court in Kielce, which dealt with the determination of whether the ownership of a plot of land, which since 1949 had been under the administration of the District Liquidation Office as ownerless property and originally belonged to the S. Jewish Community, was lawfully transferred to M. N., in violation of the provision of Article 34 of the Decree on ownerless and expropriated property and, at the same time, in violation of the interest of the People's State.
