Imprescriptibility of crimes against humanity (Imprescriptibilité des crimes contre l'humanité) - Dismissal of the appeal lodged by Klaus Barbie against a decision of the Cour d'assises of the Rhône département, dated 4 July 1987 – Cour sentenced him to life imprisonment for crimes against humanity committed, inter alia, as an accomplice to premeditated murder and committed by deporting the same victims because they belonged to a group of Jewish origin.
