Defamation and incitement to racial discrimination (Diffamation et de provocation à la discrimination raciale) – The Court of Cassation dismisses the appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal which convicted two people of public defamation of a group of people on the grounds of their origin or their membership or non-membership of a particular ethnic group, nation, race or religion and of incitement to discrimination, hatred or violence against the same group - The people convicted were responsible for a monthly magazine in which they published an article containing anti-Semitic remarks.
