Defamation and incitement to hatred or violence (Diffamation et provocation à la haine ou à la violence) – The Court of Cassation upholds the decision of the Court of Appeal which found the defendant guilty of the offences of public defamation of a group of people on the grounds of their origin, their membership or non-membership of a particular ethnic group, nation, race or religion, and of incitement to hatred or violence against the same group of people, on the grounds of several passages in his book "Les mythes fondateurs de la politique israélienne" (The founding myths of Israeli politics).
