Denial of crimes against humanity (Contestation de crimes contre l'humanité) – Denial of the number of Jewish victims of the extermination policy in a particular concentration camp does not fall within the scope of Article 24 bis of the Law of 29 July 1881, but the outrageous underestimation of this number constitutes the offence of denial of crimes against humanity as provided for and punished by the said Article, when it is made in bad faith.
