Passive rights in abandoned property/assets cases (Legitymacja bierna w sprawach dotyczących majątku opuszczonego) - An action involving an abandoned property, intially owned by a Jew, cannot be brought against the absentees who are represented by a trustee. If the bankruptcy office is not invited, the proceedings are invalid for lack of proper legal representation.
