Discrimination based on the status of Jew (Discrimination fondée sur la qualité de juif) - Right to request dissolution of the community of property of a marriage between a jew and a non-jew only by the the non-jew is dicriminatory and is therefore one of the acts declared null and void by article 3 of the order of 9 august 1944 - dissolution has to be declared null and void.
