Protection of personal rights (Ochrona dóbr osobistych) - An employee of a municipal library wrote a letter to the mayor drawing attention to the fact another library employee had made antisemitic and Nazi statements during work - The letter was submitted through official channels and was not made public - The court argued that the action aimed at preventing the employees's appointment to director of the library were justified as her behaviour and lifestyle were contrary to cultural and social norms - The Court of Appeal upheld the District Court's judgment, dismissed the plaintiff's appeal and ordered her to pay the costs of legal representation in the appeal proceedings
