Articles questioning crimes against humanity (Articles remettant en cause les crimes contre l'humanité) – A summary order prohibiting the continued distribution and sale of an issue of a magazine in which a number of articles based on so-called revisionist theories were devoted to "the myth of the extermination of the Jews" is legally justified – In denying the request to lift this restriction, the court found that some of the writings in the publication denyed the Jewish genocide by contesting the deportation and annihilation of several million people, and that the publication in question constituted an unlawful disturbance likely to disrupt public order.
